Winemaking Information

Ferments and macerates for 15-30 days in wooden vat with gentle pump-over and punching-down of the cap. Aged 20-36 months in large casks.

Vineyard Information

Castelletto lies on Monforte’s eastern side, and shares the Lequio Formation soils of Serralunga. Burlotto owns 1.07ha planted in 1973.
