Winemaking Information
The base wine is blended with a perpetual reserve from that plot, and ages in bottle for at least 5 years before disgorgement.
Vineyard Information
La Côte Faron is a steep, south-west facing plot in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Selosse's parcel is just 0.25ha.
